    Connecting service issues with solutions

    • Tracking Employee Data 

      Employee data including labor grades with descriptions, labor unit, rate and overhead rate can be tracked. Unique employee skills are also created and assigned.

    • Work Order Templates 

      Templates are created to allow for specific work flows to be created for unique work instances.
       

    • Service Request Screen 

      A work order can be created from the service request screen, where a specific template can also be selected.

    GovPartner Connect | Work Order Module  allows service requests to be converted into work orders that can be managed by selected, sometimes multiple, department staff. Providing a start-to-finish management of a service request, the Work Order Module utilitzes functionality like assignment of staff skills, vendor and material management, asset and cost calculations, and grouping of multiple requests into one work order.
